Almost There

Updated: Oct 18, 2019

April is here, and the weather is slowly integrating into Spring. Slowly. But, soon we shall have more sun filled days, as they continue to grow longer and the snow depletes. Green will soon fill our surrounding space.

As we migrate into another season, our bodies and mind shift as well. Coming out of the dark cold days, we find excitement in ourselves a little more. Transitioning can somewhat be challenging for our bodies and spirit. However, the positive impact of stabilizing mood with increased physical activity is wondrous.

As with any season, taking optimal care of our physical and emotional well-being should be a priority. Eating well, moving the body, mentally keeping yourself in-check, drinking plenty of water (can't say it enough)...overall, embracing a consistent regime can be life-changing. Preventive care is certainly where it's at. It's never too late to start or get back on the path.

"Take care of your body. It's the only place you have to live." ~Jim Rohn

Massage therapy is another beneficial way to ease your spirit and body back into better days ahead. Here at Studio Harbor, we help our clients remerge from injury, illness, depression or simply assist them in keeping their personal healthcare goals.

Everything's connected.

If you need guidance or have questions about the practice, we'd love to hear from you..

Happy Spring, friends.
